Observation of a lil dog

This was a much longer story in my head but I condensed it into four boxes.

In the first one Lilly is making that sound of a wolf howling at the moon… did I spell that sound right, it’s so weird to put into letters. 😐

The big empty box on top where the title goes, I’ll do that tomorrow. I’m tired.

I read a book when I was 15 or 16, I don’t remember the title but it was very rambly, the story was of an orphan boy, raised in the system.

As he grows up he follows little surprise clues to find his father, the clues lead to his fathers grave.

The clues were so random and meaningless on the surface, like finding a receipt from a business in another town and feeling the urge to go there.

He follows the clues, but I think the lesson I was supposed to learn was to trust my intuition.

In the book the author/narrator says he’s writing the story in the hour of 2-3 am, b/c he wakes up knowing what to write but couldn’t write if he ignored that urge.

Intricate story telling to be honest, I believe it really was written like that, someone waking up with the urge to write something down. Following their intuition like their character followed his.

Anyways, lil parts of it have stuck with me, not all b/c I’ve forgotten most of it.

But I’m about to pass out.

Night
